When it comes to cellulite I have found that most of my female friends would rather discuss their bank accounts, sex life, spiritual beliefs than to have to discuss their problem with cellulite.
When I turned 29 I realized that I started to see signs of cellulite just like my mother had at around that age (actually just a tiny bit younger) and I noticed that it was getting gradually worse). I did what I think most people would do in that situation, I just accepted it because there was nothing I could possibly do about it.
But now, three years later I have decided that I wanted to do something about it, I was sick and tired of just doing nothing and I wanted a change. There was a limited window with what I could do though. I did not want to have any sort of plastic surgery, not because I am vehemently opposed to the idea of plastic surgery, but because I am terrified of the hospital and quite frankly do not have the disposable income to actually have plastic surgery at this time.
So I started looking around online for different ways that one can combat cellulite. I have seen some very strange suggestions online that would involve smearing all sorts of strange things onto my body and quite frankly, that just sounded disturbing.
But a few websites did give me a good idea when they mentioned the idea of exercise for cellulite. If you think about the actual concept of cellulite, it only makes sense that you could target it just like you would target flabby underarms by working out your triceps. I decided that the only thing that I could lose was some sweat and decided to give it a try.
I read more and more about cellulite exercises that are proven to work and I have to admit that most of them are very easy indeed. They are easy to do, but harder to master, and when you do them you really do feel a certain burn in the specific problem area. Just the fact that I was being active, whether it was going to work or not was something that really motivated me.
I am now three weeks into doing these exercises for cellulite. I am not going to sit here and tell you that all my problems are solved and I have amazing baby like skin, but I really can see a difference. The skin is slightly firmer and the orange peel skin is starting to tone a little bit more. I am certainly going to continue and I will report my findings at a later date.
